Windows 10 Conexant Audio Not Working

Hello,
  1. Sep 09, 2015  After upgrading my Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro, the notebook speaker was not working. Tried to install the Conexant audio driver, but was blocked by Windows 10 because the digital signature was not valid (old driver). Tried suggestions from the web about disabling the digital signature enforcement, but failed.
  2. I have a Lenovo laptop with a built in Conexant SmartAudio microphone, running Windows 10 Version 1607, build 14393.576. I hadn’t had any problems with the microphone up until a few weeks ago, when it suddenly stopped working.

I have a Lenovo G50-70 laptop with Windows 10. The audio driver is

After my upgrade to Windows 10 on my Lenovo G780, it seems like my audio isn't functioning anymore. I tried to plug in my headset as well to check if I had audio coming through that, but it does not appear in the Playback Devices window when plugged. The laptop comes with Conexant SmartAudio HD.

Conexant SmartAudio HD and the latest version available on Lenovo's website is 8.66.27.55. This latest version is installed on the system
The Laptop is unable to detect any external microphones connected to the system via the 3.5mm jack. However, it detects any external speakers connected via the same jack. Both the microphone and the speaker share the same 3.5 mm jack.
I have tried a number of troubleshooting steps, but in vain. I have listed the steps below and look forward to your kind help in this matter. The steps I have taken to resolve this are as follows:

Uninstalled all audio drivers in the system and re-installed the driver from Lenovo's website.

    Disabled all audio enhancements.

Reset Entire Windows 10 Operating System, updated the operating system using Windows Update and then re-installed the drivers.

Tried with a number of other microphones to ensure the microphone isn't faulty.

Despite all these steps, It's not resolved. I look forward to you to kindly help and resolve this for me. Will be grateful to you.

I have a Compact C770US laptop that uses Conexant Audio Driver. The driver was installed automatically during Windows 10 installation.

I was troubleshooting sound volume issue and decided to uninstall the driver. But when I try to reinstall the driver, I get an 'x' next to the speaker symbol. The error is that the driver is unsigned and Windows has disabled it.

Psp 6.60 pro c download. I tried following instruction below:

But I still get an error after reboot and try to reinstall the driver:

instead of getting a dialog to override the signing check. But the driver is installed automatically through windows update. What can I do now?
